Named one of the best wine travel destinations in the world, Fredericksburg, TX is also among the state’s most popular small towns. Amidst the beautiful sunsets, shopping opportunities, and flavorful food, visitors can choose between a wide variety of wineries, breweries, and distilleries; but seldom will you find a location offering all three. Arch Ray Resort seeks to break that mold. Currently offering award-winning Texas wines and hand-crafted brews, Arch Ray owners look forward to opening a distillery on the property. In the near future, the resort will also offer lodging, live music concerts, restaurants, venue-rental opportunities, and more.

About Arch Ray
Brought to you by the founders and owners of Fiesta Winery, Arch Ray Resort began as an idea to create a luxury resort experience for Fredericksburg visitors. The Baxter and McCoury families are experienced wine-makers and business owners with over a decade of success under their belts at Fiesta Winery. Arch Ray will follow in the footsteps of that legacy in terms of quality, hospitality, and class with a few more exclusive amenities – Fredericksburg style.
What to Expect
Conveniently located on 290, less than five miles from the heart of Fredericksburg, Arch Ray Resort is close to the fun of Main Street but far enough away to enjoy the peace and joy of the Texas Hill Country. Begin your visit at the Barrel Room, the tasting room, where staff will greet you and explain your options, including a flight of Ogles Brewery craft beer or a tasting of Arch Ray wines. We also have a selection of non-alcoholic beverages available.

Where to Stay
After a full and fun day of wine-tasting, beer flights, incredible food, and shopping, Fredericksburg visitors deserve a comfortable place to rest for the night. While a five-star hotel will eventually join the Arch Ray Resort compound, guests can reserve an RV slot at the Pedernales River adjacent RV park, walking distance from the tasting room, called the Barrel room. If an RV isn’t your vibe, there are a few bed and breakfasts and vacation rentals within a two-mile radius of the resort.
