OUR STORY

Arch Ray Resort in Fredericksburg, TX, began as a dream. After successfully establishing the Fiesta Winery enterprise, the Baxter and McCoury families decided to expand their horizons into the resort industry. They initially focused on establishing a high-end RV park and tasting room offering Texas wines, beer, and spirits.

I planned my proposal here last weekend and it was amazing. Jody Seagers was so helpful. She helped me every step of the way and was very nice and patient with me. My waiter, I forgot her name, but she was very nice and helpful as well. I will definitely go back. The food was good as well. The facility was very nice and clean. We will definitely visit there every time I’m in the area. Thank you Arch Ray for an amazing experience.

This place has a lovely atmosphere . The wait staff was attentive and the drinks were great. The meatball appetizer was a highlight of our time and overall would love to return the next time we visit Fredericksburg.
